Hindus have various methods of spiritual upliftment i.e Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, Rajyoga and various others. Tantra gives an integrated approach and doesn't restrict a sadhak to only single method. Tantra is not Kamasutra. Tantra is not asanas for sex. Tantra is about spirituality. Tantra is about ultimate attainment.
